1 steam chicken piece*

2 pieces of steam chicken* 1 cucumber
1 tomato
1 cup of black coffee
Wednesday
Same as before
2 hard boiled eggs 2 tomatoes or 1 cup of black coffee
2 pieces of steam chicken 1 cucumber
1 tomato
1 cup of black coffee
Thursday
Same as before
Take Fruits
As much as you can. You can eat any seasonal fruits
(Don’t take canned fruits)
1 hard boiled Egg
1 bread slice
½ cup streamed cabbage
1 slice of cheddar cheese 2 or 3 oilve
Friday
Same as before
½ cup of steam cabbage, 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 cup of black coffee
2 pieces of steam fish*
1 bowl of mixed vegetable salad
1 bread slice

Saturday
Same as before
½ cup of steam cabbage, 2 hard boiled eggs,  1 bread slice, 1 cup of black coffee
Enjoy  BBQ Chicken or Mutton 1 cup of black coffee
Sunday
Same as before
Take Fruits
As much as you can. You can eat any seasonal fruits
(Don’t use canned fruits)
2 pieces of steam fish*
1 bowl of mixed vegetable salad
1 bread slice

Recipes of Cooked Items:

*Steam Chicken:


Ingredients:

Lean Meat of chicken: 2 pieces (preferably use breast piece)
Red chili powder: 1 tsp
Salt: ½ tsp
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Low fat yogurt: 1 tbsp
Soya sauce: 1 tsp
Water: for steamer

Method:

Take 2 pieces of chicken in a bowl and marinate it with all these things, then steamer puts on a stove and boil water in it. As water reaches at boiling point you can put the chicken pieces on the drainer, wait till 15 to 20 minutes. It will be ready to eat

*Steam Fish:



Ingredients:

Fish: 2 pieces
Red chili powder: 1 tsp
Salt: ½ tsp
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Crushed garlic: 2 colves
Green chili sauce: 1 tsp

Method:

Take 2 pieces of fish in a bowl and marinate it with all these ingredients, then steamer puts on a stove and boil water in it. As water reaches at boiling point you can put the fish pieces on the drainer, wait till 15 minutes. It will be ready to eat

 Note for Diet Plan:

You can use this plan for weight loss about 2 weeks and your are strictly prohibited to take any sweet drink, oil, snakes, bakery items chocolates.You need to drink plenty of water and 7 to 8 hours sleep in a day. Workout are recommended. You can szill your cook items with different spices as per your choice.
